Edi & The Wolf

I don't know much about Austrian cuisine, but I do know I love the interiors of the new Austrian restaurant/wine tavern Edi & The Wolf.  Notice the boot flower vase and mass of rope hanging over the bar. Rustic beyond my wildest dreams! I will have to check this out in person, since it's located in Alphabet City here in NYC.

Baba

I had a great brunch yesterday at a new restaurant here in Brooklyn called Baba. It's a Mediterranean inspired eatery and grocery with great food (Scrambled Egg Crostini with Feta and Finocchina..YES) a friendly staff, and such great design. I was gawking over the wallpaper and fixtures for most of the meal.
