I'm so impressed with the recent products and styling from West Elm. Fun, exciting, great looking stuff.

Mess Mates
I love the concept and simple styling behind the "Mess Mates" story from the September Issue of The World of Interiors, shot by photographer Bill Batten. Sometimes a simple concept, like dip dyed fabric in various colors, is all you need to make a compelling trend story. Well done!

Canvas
I discovered a new home furnishings company called Canvas. Besides having a great assortment of beautiful accessories, furniture, ceramics, textiles, etc., they have some fantastic product styling on their website and catalog. Seriously well done, simple, and affective...makes me want to buy everything.

Rebirth of Nature
One of the most unique and wildly artisic fashion spreads I have seen in quite some time, with out of control amazing prop styling. 'Rebirth of Nature' from Vogue Homme Japan.

Back...and Stylin'
So I've been negligent with posting recently, due in part to a freelance gig I've been working on and some issues with spotty internet service.
Just wanted to share an image from a shoot I prop styled for the October issue of Nylon magazine. It was a cool shoot with some fun props, and I'm glad to see it turned out really well. (More images from the story at my website)

Inspired By: Sam Logan
It was love at first sight when I saw this accessory story in the September issue of OUT styled by Sam Logan. What an amazing job of prop styling and creating such a dynamic, visually interesting story from new and vintage objects.

I went in search of some more of Sam's styling work, and it is equally impressive.

Inspired By: Scott Horne

In the second installment of Inspired By, I give you the work of Scott Horne, an amazing prop and interior stylist represented by Big Leo Productions. I recognized a lot of Scott's work from the excellent, now defunct Blueprint magazine. I love his use of color and shape to create such clean, visually interesting work.images: scotthorne.com
